A planning consent with conditions was granted in March 2022 for a new Sports Club and 9 new homes. The new Sports Club building will be built first in its new location at the end of tennis court 3. Once this is complete and handed over, the existing sports club building will be demolished and construction will begin on 9 new 2 & 3 bed houses.
The developers have been working through these conditions over the last 16 months and we are now very excited to advise that all conditions have now been signed off and the countdown to construction is on!
The final legal documents are now bouncing between solicitors, once these are all agreed and signed, construction is anticipated to start early August 2023.
